I am not sure if this photo ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/andre-bogaert/4404259370/ ) is acceptable for stock with the magazine text showing. I have removed any brand logos but ...
Comments please

I think it might be more useful if the text was blanked out completely, so people could insert their own image into the "magazine".

Hi Andre, It's a nice shot but the text is copyrighted so, unless you can render the text unreadable/gone and the publication unrecognisable it can't be accepted as stock.

leaving the page blank would be wonderful, the user can fill in whatever he wants! nice image btw!

I like the shot. I think it is super. Blank out the front page and leave the text on the page folded back since that is not readable.

Thanks to all who commented. I thought maybe there would be a problem with the text. Photoshopping out the text is way beyond my very limited abilities. I don't take photos with "stock" in mind usually. I just though it was worth a go. It's no big deal, I'll dump it and once again thanks guys for the input.

@ andrebogaert
it's not a tough job to photoshop it away! thats a perfectly nice image to ignore, i would volunteer to clean up that text :)

Send it to me at Scott@clearcaptures.com and I'll Photoshop it for you and send it back to ya'.

Take up Scott's offer, Andre. That image deserves to be seen and used.

Scott is really good. There is nothing wrong about working together on an image.

Well I am very grateful for all the interest. I have emailed the offending photo to Scott telling him that I will leave it with him, if once he has looked at it it's to much of a pain in the aperture he can just dump it. All your comments are very much appreciated.

@ scott, now that Andre has your email, its best that you obscure or remove the email id before you attract the spammers!
