Thanks, Kevin. Lots of nice gifts for you, too :)

I imagine you've tried all the alternative treatments?

triptanes help best (but not good enough), I'm still trying around.

pale

- your colour if you do work too much

PS I know this might seem crazy, but have you tried having a bowl of wet leaf litter in the room? Houses, offices and so on have a surfeit of positive ions, whereas leaf litter has a majority of negative ions. It's why we feel good after breathing "good green country air". Try taking a few deep breaths over the bowl when migraine symptoms start to appear - before they get into full spate. You have nothing to lose (well, except your reputation with the neighbours, perhaps!)

leaf litter is an interesting idea, but my migraine mostly starts not in the office. I get it at home after the stress is gone. And there are plenty of leafs when you look out of our living room window:

Can't you get Legionella from leaf litter? I am thinking of something I heard recently about easing migraines, which made a lot of sense. I will see if I can find the info and get back to you.

I believe Legionella infections are from coolant aerosol sprays - not very likely in leaf litter!

They're found in potting mix and air conditioning, wherever there is damp.

Luckily we don't have any air conditioning at work or at home, I think they are bacteria catapults.
